1. About the Platform

Seniornicity connects seniors and families with verified professional service providers through a searchable directory, networking, chapter meetings, community features, and educational resources. Seniornicity is an information and referral platform only. We do not endorse or guarantee any provider's services.

2. Membership Tiers and Fees

• Provider Network ($39.99/mo or $399/yr): Directory listing, community access, profile with bio and photo, up to 10 service cities, chapter events/webinars ($50 per event if space available), optional background check at $99.
• Chapter Member ($49.99/mo or $499/yr): Everything in Provider Network plus Verified badge, priority placement, chapter meetings, monthly proprietary meetings, referral network access, local events, contact links on profile, up to 20 service cities, featured video, AI tools, and crossposting. Background check included with yearly membership.

3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

All membership plans automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancel with 30 days written notice via account settings, support@seniornicity.com, or your Chapter Director (simone@seniornicity.com). No refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is incorporated into these Terms and is a binding condition of membership. View the full Code of Ethics.

5. Background Checks

Chapter Member applicants must complete and pass a third-party background check. Failure to pass may result in denial of Chapter Member status.

6. Franchisee Chapters

Each chapter is independently operated by a Chapter Director under license from Seniornicity. Directors are independent contractors responsible for local recruitment, meetings, and Code of Ethics enforcement within their territory.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by the Seniornicity Privacy Policy .
