An incredible Grand Opening is now followed by our first monthly Seniornicity Beach Cities Chapter Gathering on October 21, 2026 starting at 11am. We are honored to welcome Penny Foskaris, nationally recognized nutritionist, longevity expert, and founder of Foskaris Wellness. Penny has been featured on NBC, CBS, and FOX, and has guided more than 5,000 clients over a decade of clinical practice, with advanced training in nutrition, metabolic health, and longevity through Cornell University and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She will share what truly moves the needle for healthy aging: metabolism, hormones, brain health, and the daily habits that keep us vibrant.
