Description
Caregiver Connection class is an online opportunity for caregivers and others seeking rejuvenation and relaxation. The instructor will lead us through an easy-to-learn tai chi routine that blends slow, gentle movements and mindful breathing to deliver a meaningful workout and energy flow.
