Something I’m Really Excited to Share Many of you know me through Grasons Estate Sales and the work we do helping families through estate sales, downsizing and major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand that an estate sale is often only one piece of a much bigger transition for a senior or their family. They may also need a caregiver. A trusted realtor. Help finding senior living. A move manager. Someone to manage their home. Financial guidance. And many times, families simply don’t know who they can trust or where to start. That is a big part of why I became involved with Seniornicity. On Wednesday, September 16th, Seniornicity Beach Cities Chapter will be hosting a Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at The Newland Barn in Huntington Beach. For me, this is about taking what I’ve learned helping families through Grasons and being part of something that can help seniors before, during and after those major life transitions. Seniornicity brings trusted, senior focused professionals together in one local community so seniors and their families have somewhere to turn when they need help. If you’re a senior, have aging parents, work with seniors, or simply want to see what we’re building, I’d personally love to have you join us. There will be refreshments, a complimentary luncheon, an official ribbon cutting and, most importantly, an opportunity to meet people and build relationships. No sales pitches. Just community. Wednesday, September 16, 2026 The Newland Barn, Huntington Beach Doors open at 11:00 AM Ribbon Cutting at 11:30 AM Complimentary luncheon following Attendance is free for seniors, but registration is required. Register for the Seniornicity Beach Cities Grand Opening I hope some of my Grasons friends, clients and families will come out and celebrate this next chapter with us.
