Before joining Ruby Care, Rosie spent ten years leading a senior relocation and estate transition company, where she worked closely with families through downsizing, moves to senior living, estate transitions, and the many decisions that come with a changing season of life. That experience taught Rosie that finding the right senior living community is about so much more than comparing amenities or price. It’s about understanding the person, listening to the family, asking the right questions, and finding a place where someone can truly feel comfortable, supported, and at home. As a Ruby Care Senior Living Advisor, Rosie provides personalized, hands-on guidance throughout the entire search process. She takes the time to learn each family’s needs, preferences, budget, and concerns; helps identify appropriate senior living options; coordinates tours; and remains accessible along the way to answer questions and help families feel confident in their decisions. Families often begin this process feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. Rosie’s goal is simple: to make the journey feel a little easier, a lot less overwhelming, and to ensure every family knows they have someone in their corner. Whether planning ahead or facing an unexpected change, Rosie is ready to listen, answer questions, and help find the right next step. Rosie lives in Mansfield with her husband and three children and is passionate about serving families in her own community and throughout the surrounding area. She serves Mansfield, Arlington, Midlothian, Grand Prairie, and surrounding South DFW communities, helping families explore Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and other senior care options.
