MEET LUXURY AGENT Joe Huggins Joe Huggins is a native of North Carolina and has made his home in Brunswick County since 2018. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army with over 29 years of service, a member of the Oak Island Moose Lodge, and the American Legion Post 543. He enjoys kayaking, gardening, and riding his motorcycle in his spare time. Joe obtained his broker license in 2023 and was named St. James Properties’ Rookie of the Year in 2024.
