Lisa DeLuna – Senior Care Advisor & REALTOR® Lisa DeLuna has over 25 years of experience working with seniors and their families, helping them navigate some of life’s most important transitions. As a Senior Care Advisor with CarePatrol and a licensed REALTOR®, Lisa provides families with a unique, comprehensive approach when a loved one needs additional support or a change in living arrangements. Lisa specializes in helping families find the right assisted living, memory care, or residential care homes, guiding them through tours, care options, and the decision-making process during what is often a stressful time. Her goal is to ensure each family finds a safe, compassionate environment that meets their loved one’s needs. In addition, Lisa assists families with the real estate side of transitions, including downsizing, selling a home, or relocating closer to care. By offering both senior placement services and real estate expertise, Lisa is able to simplify the process and provide a trusted resource for families every step of the way. Lisa has lived in the valley for over 27 years and is deeply connected to the community. She also grew up in Orange County, so expanding her CarePatrol services into that territory has been especially meaningful to her. It allows Lisa to serve families in the community where she was raised, where many of her roots remain, and where much of her extended family still lives. When she’s not working with families, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, their three sons, and their two pugs, as well as attending community events and volunteering with organizations that support seniors.
