Her desire to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of seniors led her to embark on this new journey with Caring Transitions. John, with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry managing customer service teams, brings valuable expertise in multi-tasking and project management to the team. His personal connection to the mission of Caring Transitions, stemming from his experience supporting his disabled brother through transitions into assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, drives his passion for helping others and giving back to the community. Together, we aim to raise awareness about the critical need for caring and empathetic support during life's transitions.
